Corporate Partnership
The Staff of the Montgomery Chapter of Public
Relations Council of Alabama greatly appreciates your organization’s
consideration of being a Corporate or Conference Partner for the
2008 PRCA State Conference. We realize that the quality of our
conference depends highly upon the continued and unwavering support
of our member organizations, and we would be honored by your contribution. Remember,
all amounts are suggestions, and we will work with any organization
willing to be a sponsor.
INDIVIDUAL EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
_ Breaks – $1,000 (Two breaks available;
one Thursday and one Friday)
_ Speakers – $750 (If you would like to
help cover expenses of some of our speakers)
_ Student Medallion Awards Luncheon – $1,500 each (Unlimited
number of sponsorships available)
_ Thursday Evening Dinner Theater (Off-Site) – $1,500 (Unlimited
number of sponsorships available)
_ Friday Morning Breakfast – $1,000 (Unlimited
number of sponsorships available)
_ Friday Conference Luncheon and Program – $1,500 (Unlimited
number of sponsorships available)
_ Medallion Awards Dinner (Off-Site) – $2,000 (Unlimited
number of sponsorships available)
_ Hospitality Suite (Wednesday night, Thursday
night and Friday night available until April 15.)
Conference Partnership Levels
OUR MISSION STATEMENT TO OUR CORPORATE PARTNERS
As Corporate Partners, we believe that you not only understand
the role of public relations in the corporate setting, but also
the importance of continuing education of the public relations
practitioner.
As public relations practitioners, we believe in sharing the knowledge
of our industry and educating those who wish to learn our craft.
Part of the Corporate Partnership package you will receive includes
the opportunity to attend all the lectures during the 2008 PRCA
State Conference, and we would like to invite you to bring members
of your board of directors or key staff members you feel would
enjoy our educational sessions.
As Corporate Partners, you will be duly recognized throughout the
conference, and all the members from your company will be registered
and noted with special sponsor ribbons. We realize the importance
of our partnership with your organization, and we are truly grateful
for your assistance.
CONFERENCE PARTNERSHIPS
All Conference Partnerships will be recognized
from the podium, on the conference website, with sponsors’ ribbons
on your nametags, as well as in the conference program. Conference
Partnership are designed for those corporate sponsors who have
no preference for a specific event, but instead would like to sponsor
the 2008 PRCA State Conference in its entirety. Remember, all
amounts are suggestions, and we will work with any organization
willing to be a sponsor.
Platinum Conference Partner – $5,000
Platinum Corporate Partners will receive six (6) tickets to attend
the 2008 PRCA State Conference, including our opening night event
on Thursday, Oct. 2; all meal events, and the Medallion Awards
on Friday, Oct. 3. Platinum Partners will have their corporate
logos displayed on the screens in the meeting rooms prior to
the speaking engagements and recognized at all events.
Gold Conference Partner – $3,000
Gold Corporate Partners will receive four (4) tickets to attend
the 2008 PRCA State Conference, including our opening night event
on Thursday, Oct. 2; all meal events, and the Medallion Awards
on Friday, Oct. 3. Gold Partners will have their corporate logos
displayed on the screens in the meeting rooms prior to the speaking
engagements and recognized at all events.
Silver Conference Partner – $2,000
Silver Corporate Partners will receive three (3) tickets to attend
the 2008 PRCA State Conference, including our opening night event
on Thursday, Oct. 2; all meal events, and the Medallion Awards
on Friday, Oct. 3. Silver Partners will have their corporate
logos displayed on the screens in the meeting rooms prior to
the speaking engagements and recognized at all events.
Bronze Conference Partner – $1,000
Bronze Corporate Partners will receive two (2) tickets to attend
the 2008 PRCA State Conference, including our opening night event
on Thursday, Oct. 2; all meal events, and the Medallion Awards
on Friday, Oct. 3. Bronze Partners will have their corporate
logos displayed on the screens in the meeting rooms prior to
the speaking engagements and recognized at all events.
